In Lugano’s city centre there is an events building called "il Ciani", exclusively managed by the Congress Hall.
The historical building dates back to the 19th century and is included in a property of 4000 square metres surrounded by century old trees. The structure itself is on two storeys and is equipped with about ten rooms of various size (from 10 to 60 square metres).
On the ground floor, at the centre of the building, there’s a 280 sq. meter patio, which is absolutely ideal for organising almost any event, thanks to a pyramid like glass and metal skylight, the typical decorative archways of the time and the extraordinary parquet floor.
The patio is surrounded by a series of rooms that are ideal for small business meetings, exhibitions and conferences. All rooms enjoy natural light.
